It is with profound sadness that our family announces the death of Claudette, the heart of our family. She passed peacefully in Florida with her son Jacques by her side. She was born in Cornwall and is predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Primeau, her daughter Caroline (Primeau)Smith(Edward), and her parents Lionel & Jeannine (Brunette) Gratton. She is also predeceased by her siblings Jacques Gratton, Laurier Gratton, Pauline White (Richard), (Butch) Gaston Gratton (Judy). Left to mourn are her son Jacques Primeau (Tammy), her grandchildren Stephanie Larochelle-Ladouceur (Matt), Sheldon Primeau (Madison), Matthew Smith (Jeanelle), Tannor Primeau (Ryan), and Michaela Smith. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Alyssa, Ethan, Quinn, Hayden, and Weston with a little baby sister for Weston on the way. She lived an active happy life right to the end.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Francis de Salles church on second street in Cornwall on Friday, February 23,2023 @ 11am. Following the mass we will gather and have a light lunch at the legion across the road.
